Services Offered: The Maternal Infant Community Health Collaborative/CoMadres program supports women to be as healthy as possible- before, during, and after pregnancy. Serving women in the communities of Corona, Elmhurst, East Elmhurst, and Jackson Heights, CoMadres Community Health Workers provide health education, parenting support, case management, referrals, and home visiting services to pregnant and parenting women. Priority is given to women with medically high-risk pregnancy or whom have had a previous preterm or low-birth weight baby. 
CoMadres also runs several support groups and health education workshops.

Services Offered: The New York City Family Justice Centers provide criminal justice, civil legal, and social services all in one location for victims of domestic violence, elder abuse, and sex trafficking. Victims can meet with a prosecutor, speak with a trained counselor, and apply for housing and financial assistance in just one place. Children age 3 and up can play in a children’s room while their parents receive services. Services are free and available to all victims. Victims can get help at the Centers no matter what their immigration status or the language they speak. Staff can speak more than 30 languages and interpretation services are also available in many more languages.

A) NY State Early Intervention program - service coordination, evaluations and therapy services for children with suspected or confirmed developmental delays between the ages of birth and three years. Evaluations and services can be provided at home or other environment such as daycare or babysitter's home. We can evaluate and provide services for a variety of developmental concerns such as speech delays, autism, behavioral concerns, and more. Evaluations and Services are provided at no
out-of-pocket cost to the families regardless of income, insurance or immigration status.
B) NY State Committee on Preschool Special Education program - evaluations and services for children with suspected or confirmed developmental delays between the ages of three and five years).  Evaluations and services can be provided at home or other environment such as daycare or babysitter's home. We can evaluate and provide services for a variety of developmental concerns such as speech delays, autism,
behavioral concerns, and more. Evaluations and Services are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to the families regardless of income, insurance or immigration status.
C) home-based behavior therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders up to age 21 via health insurance or private pay. Child must have existing diagnosis in order to pre-qualify.
